Lisa brings warmth, energy, and a down-to-earth approach to everything she does, helping people feel truly heard and supported on their health journey. As a mum to two grown-up daughters (and an old dog and cat), she understands the real-life pressures of juggling family, work, and wellbeing.

She’s passionate about helping people feel well, balanced, and energised, no matter what stage of life they’re in. Seeing people getting free of debilitating symptoms motivates Lisa to be a continuous student, upskilling wherever possible.

Nothing lights Lisa up more than sharing her knowledge about health and wellbeing. In the past, she was an educator for the Parent Centre, supporting new parents, and more recently holding workshops, talks and corporate events on menopause, hormonal health and nutrition.

Professional Background

Before entering the world of natural health, Lisa had a highly successful career owning and managing a chain of retail stores. After experiencing burnout firsthand, she retrained as a naturopath and clinical nutritionist, driven by a desire to support others to restore balance and vitality in their own lives. 

Lisa also spent six years working in the natural health section of a pharmacy, where she gained valuable experience offering on-the-spot consultations and understanding the intersection of pharmaceutical and natural approaches.
